Alison Crim

Alison hails from the picturesque Lake Country region of Wisconsin, with Delafield as her cherished hometown. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics (Go Badgers!), she became a Madison native, immersing herself in the community for nearly 15 years.

Kicking off her professional journey at Epic in Verona, Alison delved into project management, spearheading intricate electronic healthcare record implementations across the nation for over 5 years. Amidst her demanding role at Epic, Alison discovered a burgeoning passion for real estate, dabbling in property flipping during her spare moments. These ventures reignited her fervor for real estate and fueled her aspiration to play a more active role in the Madison community, leading her to embrace a full-time career in the dynamic realm of real estate.

Since making her foray into the real estate profession in 2017, Alison has consistently garnered acclaim as a top producer, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors towards the realization of their real estate objectives. Armed with additional accreditations in Interior Decorating and Home Staging, Alison ensures that each client's home is showcased to its fullest potential, commanding top dollar and attracting a broad pool of prospective buyers.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alison cherishes quality time with her husband, Collin, their two spirited huskies, Ramsey and Ranger, and their children, Palmer and Hudson. Together, Alison and Collin indulge in shared passions such as cooking, embarking on DIY home renovation projects, and hitting the slopes for exhilarating snowboarding adventures when weather permits!
