The Dip for Dozer occurs annually on the second Saturday of February at Lake Ripley Park in Cambridge, WI! save the date - february 10, 2024.

July 27, 2004 was a normal day in Cambridge.  Like any other small towns speckled throughout Wisconsin folks were at work, farmers in the field and the warmth of the day was around us. It was that afternoon that tragedy struck the little, close knit community.  It is the type of tragedy that only happens in other communities.

It was the year that Dustin Zuelsdorf a Senior at Cambridge High School and well-respected high school student was looking forward to.  With football practice around the corner “this would be the year”.  The fans of the sport were certain number “52” affectionately known as “Dozer”…

The Lender Lowdown

Your Burning Questions Answered

I teamed up with Anna Wise from UW Credit Union to answer YOUR burning questions about all things loans and interest rates in this market!

How long does it take to get pre-approved?

To start the preapproval process, you will need to submit an application to Anna. Give yourself about 20 min to get through the questions. She will review the application within 24 -48 hours once it’s been submitted. If the application is complete, and she is able to issue a letter, your preapproval will be good for about 4 months or 120 days.

Is there anything I can do to get a better interest rate?

This is going to be a question best answered once Anna has all your information. You and Anna will discuss…

Let's rewind 2.5 years ago. James and Kaity had been renting in New Berlin for quite a few years and were ready to buy a house. Interest rates were under 3%, they had good jobs, savings, and designs on moving into their own sanctuary. Well, 71 showings and 21 offers later we found them the perfect hope in the Kops Park Neighborhood in Milwaukee. Their home was on a corner with a large fenced in backyard, adorable breezeway "plant room", hardwood floors and a living bathed…
