Charlie and I looked at homes from Madison to Barneveld,Oregon, Belleville and everywhere in between. After competing with 5 offers and not winning on a home in Barneveld, a couple weeks later we were going to write on one in Oregon. Talking that evening to start writing the offer, we found out there were 10+ offers on the home already. Knowing that she wanted to stay within her budget and getting a home inspection was extremely important to her, we knew we couldn’t compete on that home. Taking a step back, I opened her mind to the thought of Evansville - a cute, quaint town still less than 30 minutes to her work on the west side. I will be here every step of the way to help you navigate both sides, but here are some questions to start asking yourself and some steps for getting started.
