After competing with 5 offers and not winning on a home in Barneveld, a couple weeks later we were going to write on one in Oregon. Talking that evening to start writing the offer, we found out there were 10+ offers on the home already. Knowing that she wanted to stay within her budget and getting a home inspection was extremely important to her, we knew we couldn’t compete on that home.
