Last month I celebrated a super exciting closing with my client, Stacy!
Stacy was a first time homebuyer who never thought that buying a home could be possible for her. She met with Anna at UW Credit Union in May who put together some great financing options for her and instilled her in that her dream of homeownership was indeed possible. Anna then connected Stacy with me to find and secure the perfect home. We met and I educated Stacy on the market before we starting showings. After only 2 showings, she fell in love with a sweet Bungalow in Eken Park where she can bike downtown for work and walk to restaurants just down the street!
We sat down and discussed the terms for a competitive offer on this property that already had a few offers in hand. Working closely with Anna to determine the best possible terms we could include to make her offer stand out to the seller, we wrote a successful offer that was accepted. We encountered an appraisal obstacle, but I put together an appraisal 2nd review request with data on the market dynamics within Eken Park and additional comparable sales that caused the appraiser to revise the value to the full asking price of the property.
After only 1 month - 2 showings and 1 offer written, Stacy was successful in securing her dream home, and Anna & I are so thrilled for her!
