I’m helping you prioritize what truly matters (like location & layout), so you don’t get distracted by pretty countertops or decor in a house that doesn’t *actually* work for you.
2. LOOKING AT POTENTIAL, NOT JUST THE PHOTOS
Some of the best homes don’t look amazing online, but in person? Total gems. I’ll make sure we don’t overlook a hidden winner, and I'll make sure we don't pass over a house that's bursting with potential under all the dated wallpaper.
3. FUN > FRUSTRATING
No pressure, no panic...just a house hunting plan that keeps you excited, not overwhelmed. This means lots of detective work on my end before we even schedule a showing (because nothing is worse than falling in love with a house and THEN noticing major defects on the condition report.)
4. PREPARATION IS KEY
In a competitive market, speed matters. I’ll make sure you’re fully prepared to jump on the right house without second guessing. The trick? Knowing your numbers and waht matters to both you and the sellers.
