Step Up to the Plate: How baseball and real estate are linked

Ted Williams and Tony Gwynn are two of the greatest hitters in the history of professional baseball with career batting averages of .340. That sounds amazing but means that six out of every ten times they got up to the plate, they recorded an out.  But they still went to the plate with the same goal and attitude. Now more than ever, we can draw parralels between baseball and real estate.

Buyers have a multitude of reasons to feel discouraged between low inventory, higher interest rates and increased compettition. However, those 3 strikes don't make you out. Buyers still need to step into the box and take their cuts. Buyers agents are the hitting coaches,  offering guidance,  new approaches, unique solutions and analytics to give our hitters the best opportunity to hit the ball.

As a coach of youth baseball,  I impress upon my players the importance of swinging the bat. "If we don't swing the bats, we can't hit the ball".  The concept holds true when we are looking at houses.  Our team is ready to bring our years of experience, creative ideas and market knowledge to ensure our buyers have the advantage when stepping into the batters box. All you have to do is swing.
