You need an agent for life.
Because the market is always changing. Today's market is not the same as it was 10 years ago, 6 months ago, or even 5 weeks ago!
And if you're not a real estate professional, you don't have time to study the trends or track the market. You have better things to do than to keep track of things like mortgage rates or home values or average days on market in your area.
